We had a great experience with Windmill Homes and Improvements as they expanded our deck into a wonderful screened-in area. Throughout the project they were extremely communicative and 100% responsive to our questions and comments. Each crew (bricklayers, framers, gutter installers, landscapers, screen installer, etc.) was respectful and courteous. Each was also neat and never left our property cluttered with unnecessary was items or trash. Rodney and/or Dylan McNew always checked before and after specific tasks were addressed. We never felt that our questions were forgotten or overlooked. I highly recommend you consider this company for your next project.

Windmill Homes did a fantastic job renovating my kitchen and bathroom. I was in need of a general contractor to do the renovations and I had shopped around and contacted several companies, but their communication, responsiveness, and reliability stood out amongst others and was ultimately why I decided to go with Windmill Homes. My house was built in the 1950s and needed some major updates, particularly knocking down a wall in the kitchen to open it up and then rearrange the whole kitchen layout. As well as removing an unused exhaust chimney that was going throught the bathroom and then completely gutting and re-putting the bathroom back together. Dylan was great to work with and super quick to respond back to my several questions and kept me informed along the way. The quality of the work was great and they even finished the project well ahead of schedule. I am very glad that I chose Windmill Homes for my renovation needs and I plan on contacting them again in the future if I ever want to expand onto the house.

New Project April/May 2024 (Kitchen & Living Room Renovations): We are so pleased with our kitchen and living room renovations. Nu Kitchen & Baths/Windmill transformed our very dated kitchen into a work of art for us! Our kitchen is so much more functional now! April 2023 Project We: We were extremely pleased with the work that Windmill Homes *and Improvements/Nu Kitchen and Baths completed in our home. They renovated our master bedroom and bath, as well as reconfigured our closet (changing the location of the door, adding walls and making it a true walk-in closet). We could not be happier with the professionalism, timeliness and overall ease to work with Dylan and Rodney. The quality is second to none!
